Certified Through Truly Organic
Heirloom Foods is certified as both an organic producer and a certified custodian within the Truly Organic system. We hold Custodian Gold status, awarded to custodians who have implemented and maintained the full standard without deviation or default for a continuous period exceeding three years—demonstrating complete procedural integrity, traceability, and system fidelity. In parallel, our farms carry Organic Gold certification, confirming that all production practices have met the prescribed organic standards, without compromise, over the same multi-year period. Having sustained this level of compliance across both custodianship and production, Heirloom Foods is progressing toward Platinum certification, the next threshold of long-term, uncompromised adherence within the system.

Producer & Custodian
Heirloom Foods is certified at two levels:
- As farmers — the products we grow are certified within the system
- As custodians — the products we handle and distribute remain within that same controlled environment
This creates a continuous chain where integrity is maintained from origin through to final delivery.

Certification Transparency
Product-specific certification and verification documentation for both our Custodian Gold and Organic Gold classifications is available upon request. Every certified product within the Heirloom Foods supply chain is supported by documented traceability and independently verified organic standards, ensuring full visibility from source to final distribution.

Although Heirloom Foods operates at Gold Standard as both a producer and custodian, we also act as an aggregator and distribution partner for other certified organic farms within the Truly Organic system. Products sourced from these farms are brought to market under Heirloom Foods, while always retaining the integrity of their original certification level. Each product is clearly labelled according to its farm-level status—whether In Conversion, Certified Organic, Organic Gold or Organic Platinum—ensuring absolute transparency.
We are authorised to apply these seals using our producer code, allowing every item to remain fully traceable within an advanced chain of custody system.
At the consumer level, this traceability extends even further. Should a consumer provide Truly Organic with purchase details such as, date of acquisition, custodian or producer code, Tier level of the product or product variety, the product can be traced directly back to the farm of origin. This closed-loop system ensures full accountability—where every product in market can be verified, validated, and traced without ambiguity.
