1. When are you open?
Heirloom Foods online ordering service is available 24/7. Our farm shop is open every day too!!
Trading hours 8AM-4PM
2. What is available?Due to our produce being organic, the availability of products varies. We try our best to keep our website up-to-date but it is not always accurate. Products that can not be fulfilled will always be refunded.
3. Do you offer online shopping/delivery?
Yes we do you can shop 24/7 and we deliver to Benoni, Gauteng only at the moment.

4. Can you send us pictures of produce?
As seasonal produce becomes available we uploaded suitable images to our online shop, so please visit www.heirloomfoods.co.za to see samples of what we have available to purchase and prices.
5. What is the price range of your produce?
Our prices are very competitive and comparable to any local fruit and vegetable store. The value is high due to the far superior quality and natural nutritional values.
6. What types of produce do you have available?
Our produce is determined by the season so it’s best to check back on our website regularly and also to follow our social media pages on Facebook and Instagram or you are welcome to join our mailing list or keep in touch on WhatsApp.

7. Why are Heirloom seeds so important?
We believe in searching for the most original historical form (seeds) of our fruit and vegetables for us to get maximum nutritional benefit naturally for our future health.
8. How are pests controlled?
We only use natural methods to control infestations, absolutely no pesticides or harmful substances are used in our grow process.
9. How important are bees?
All bees are welcome all year round. We need the bees to pollinate for us. We encourage daily visits from bees by planting brightly colored flowers, herbs and plants like lavender and rosemary that attract the bees.
