Join the Heirloom Foods buyer network. We collect key details, establish your account, and tailor your experience from the outset.
Due to the nature of our supply and our commitment to delivering an uncompromised standard of service, access to our network is managed through our Buyer Registry. This ensures that every partner we onboard is fully supported, with consistent availability and attention to detail at every stage.
As a result, registry access is released in phases, and a waiting list may apply.

Step 2 — Your First Order
Once your company is registered, we guide you through the ordering process step by step, assisting you in placing your first order.
The process is fully tailored to your workflow, you continue ordering as you always have, while we adapt to you. Whether it’s a purchase order from your internal system or a simple WhatsApp message, we adapt
to how you already operate.
Step 3 — We Handle the rest
We manage everything farm-to-store — with clear communication, full transparency, and live updates as key milestones are reached on your order, so you always have full visibility without needing to follow up.
If anything changes, it’s handled, and you’re informed immediately.
Step 4 – Proven on shelf
Once the product reaches your shelf, the response says everything.
